These Terms of Use and Conditions (these “Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions between Repair Credit Pros (“Repair Credit Pros,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) and you that govern your use of the website located at repaircreditpros.com and other websites that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).

Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site. All such additional terms are incorporated into these Terms.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms (on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent) and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. FILE INFORMATION

1.1 File Information Creation

To access credit repair services, a File will be created for you, containing information you submit to Repair Credit Pros. You represent and warrant that:
(a) all required information you submit is truthful and accurate;
(b) you will maintain updated information throughout the Services.

1.2 File Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your File. Repair Credit Pros is not liable for unauthorized access unless caused by its gross negligence. You must notify us immediately of any breach.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

2.1 License

Subject to these Terms, Repair Credit Pros grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site solely for your personal, lawful credit repair purposes.

2.2 Restrictions

You shall not:
(a) exploit the Site commercially;
(b) reverse-engineer or copy its content;
(c) build competing services;
(d) misuse any materials provided.

2.3 Modification

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Site without notice.

2.4 No Support

We are not obligated to provide technical support for the Site.

2.5 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Site belong to Repair Credit Pros.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

3.1 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
(a) submit false or fraudulent information;
(b) engage in identity theft;
(c) transmit viruses or harmful software;
(d) harass or abuse others;
(e) misuse Site forms to file frivolous disputes.

4. NO LEGAL ADVICE

You acknowledge that Repair Credit Pros is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Services are limited to administrative support, credit report dispute preparation, and educational materials under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & ADS

The Site may contain third-party links or advertisements. Repair Credit Pros does not control or endorse such third-party content and is not responsible for their policies or services.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Repair Credit Pros harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim arising out of:
(a) your use of the Site;
(b) your provision of false or misleading information;
(c) your breach of these Terms;
(d) your violation of applicable law.

7. RELEASE

You release Repair Credit Pros and its affiliates from all claims related to your use of the Site and Services, except as prohibited by law.

8. DISCLAIMERS

8.1 “As Is” Basis

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

We cannot guarantee deletion of negative items, increases in credit score, or specific credit outcomes.

9. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repair Credit Pros’s liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for Services in the 90 days prior to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your File may be deleted.

11. ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to:
(a) investigate any violation of these Terms;
(b) suspend or terminate access;
(c) report misconduct to law enforcement.

12. REFUND AND ELIGIBILITY POLICY

12.1 CROA Right to Cancel

You may cancel within three (3) business days of signing without penalty. Written notice must be sent to Repair Credit Pros at [[email protected]]. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 10 business days.

12.2 No Refunds Beyond 3 Days

Beyond the CROA cancellation window, all fees are non-refundable once Services are performed.

12.3 Refund Exclusions (A–O)

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

A. Failure to provide accurate, complete, and timely documents.
B. Bureau or creditor decisions outside Repair Credit Pros’s control.
C. Customer’s failure to pay debts or maintain accounts.
D. Misrepresentation, fraud, or submission of false documents.
E. Delay in providing requested information or signatures.
F. Failure to monitor or respond to credit bureau replies.
G. Satisfaction with results less than expectations.
H. Refusal to follow instructions provided by Repair Credit Pros.
I. Attempts to use Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
J. Outcomes dependent on third-party discretion (e.g., bureaus, creditors).
K. Duplicate purchases under different names or emails.
L. Claims of dissatisfaction after Services are performed.
M. Chargebacks filed without contacting Support first.
N. Purchases made after critical deadlines (e.g., loan closing).
O. Discounted services or installment plans (non-refundable).

13. FEEDBACK

If you provide Repair Credit Pros with feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.

14. GENERAL

14.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law (CROA, FCRA) and the laws of the State of Wyoming.

14.2 Export Control

You agree not to export Site materials in violation of U.S. law.

14.3 Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

14.5 Copyright/Trademark

All Site content is owned by Repair Credit Pros.
